Drawing from fifteen years leading over 100 musicians and activating group flow without a single word, Diane brings hard-won leadership experience to private strategy sessions designed for leaders and teams. Individual sessions focus on activating your personal Flow State, identifying performance blockers, and building a repeatable framework for leadership presence. Team sessions focus on igniting team synergy and creating the conditions for group flow.
How it works: Individual leaders meet virtually in three 30-minute sessions or one 60-minute session with a 30-minute follow-up. Team sessions are available virtually or in person, structured as a 90-minute session with a 60-minute follow-up.
